General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 Scope  
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and businesses.

§ 2 Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract  
The purchase contract is concluded with Cinema Enthusiasts, owner Rodi Haj Kassem.  
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you complete the checkout process.

§ 3 Prices and Payment  
All prices include applicable VAT (if applicable).  
We accept payment via PayPal and other methods offered in the checkout.

§ 4 Shipping  
We deliver worldwide. Shipping costs are clearly shown during the ordering process.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal  
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal, as described in the Withdrawal Policy.

§ 6 Retention of Title  
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

§ 7 Warranty  
The statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 8 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction  
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Detmold, Germany, as far as legally permissible.
